On the ninth of June, 2006 the administration and personnel of Kyiv Motor Transport Enterprise 13061, a member of "Avtologistika" Company Group, has signed a new Collective Agreement.

The agreement fixed a number of duties and rights of the employer and the personnel. In particular, the enterprise, in addition to main social guarantees, assumed the responsibility on creation and provision of modern work conditions for the whole personnel of the enterprise. The attention is being paid to medical care, insurance of personnel, physical activities, entertainment, improvement of sanitary conditions for the children and families of the company employees. To achieve the aforementioned targets the financial resources shall be provided, specially equipped premises shall be rented, the equipment shall be bought and the qualified personnel shall be hired.

To raise the specialists in the sphere of transportation and logistics of new vehicles on the grounds of ATP - 13061 the unique Training Centre for professional development  of drivers, logistics managers, surveyors and other employees of enterprise. But the creation of this educational structure is just the first step of a long process of investments into training of professional market personnel. As it is known, the lack of them is strongly felt by all the subjects of branch. At the same time, only "Avtologistika" is ready for real projects in this sphere.
